Memorial day weekend for us, usually includes our first big family cook-out; celebrating the unofficial start of Summer. I like to grill marinated lean meats and veggies. We also include big, healthy salads. Dessert would include watermelon and other fruits. So for me, it's so much easier to stay on plan when the weather is warm. ... It was back to gym for me today and I got a great work out (55 min.) Counted all my calories. Unfortunately I did go about 100 cals. over limit. No problem. Still improving. Tomorrow will be better, as I'm planning to be right on target with nutrition goals. <BR> The day will start with a 30 minute walk. Then time to catch up on housework. I will be having day surgery on my left knee soon, but still determined to not gain any weight back! At least I'm hoping the surgery will be successful, and that after a few weeks recuperating, I'll be as good as new. Had it done years ago on my right knee, and this was very successful.
