I didn't do seconds and I didn't make anything so I wasn't tempted to snack on anything. I haven't been eating as well as I hoped for but the thing is I am still eating regular meals. He told me to take it easy and let him know if the pain increases at my next visit. I wasn't able to describe the pain well last time so until my next visit I have been marking my knee with marker to show the areas of pain with a different color for each day. I have also been wearing a knee brace and started to ice. All of it seems to be of no help as my knee seems to hurt more now though I have been trying to rest... This is a pleasant surprise as I had not been eating fairly healthy but I have been trying to at least eat something rather than nothing. The therapist decided to add new exercises last Wed, 2 lb weights on Thurs and on Monday they added more exercises to help strengthen my right knee. Instead I was awoken to call 911 and have my life forever turned upside down. My mother passed away this morning. I am now to take on the burden of all the finance management and meals.
