So, I have this issue where I can't seem to get up in the morning. I mean, after an hour or so, i finally muster up all of the energy I have and get up because if I don't, at that exact time, I'll be late for class. <BR> <BR> Even when I get eight hours of sleep a night, it's almost impossible for me not to hit snooze, at the very least 4-5 times. <BR> <BR> So, how do I overcome this? This isn't as alarming as it seems. I have an addiction but it's not as bad as others-- I love Diet Coke. Typically, I drink about 5-6 glasses/bottles/cans a day. That's a lot of caffeine and artificial sweetener. It has gotten to the point where I'm so dehydrated because I'm just not drinking enough water and instead am consuming sugar-- which dehydrates people (artificial or not). <BR> <BR> So, I want to quit drinking it.
