I've lost about 10 pounds already and am determined to continue on. I have incorporated daily or at least every other day exercise into my routine and also the healthy low cal low fat way of eating. With the supplements I'm taking now I really don't feel hungry most of the time. All in all I'd say things are going well. I still have a LONG way to go to get to my goal weight but I am making progress. And since this is now a lifelong ... So I was happy about that! Total so far for 2 weeks almost 9 lbs!!! Can't complain about that. I understand from here the weight loss is expected to slow down some - about 2.5 - 3 lbs per week from here - but i'm ok with that. This is a healthy lifestyle change - not just a diet. According to the wii fit plus that i exercise on, I've lost about 5 lbs from start - which i would be very happy with in a week's time. I've done the yo yo diet thing for years until I finally just decided not to diet and to accept myself the way I was. After all I reasoned, I wasn't HUGE like SOME people ....
