I'm nervous about it. It's been awhile since I've run or done an obstacle race. Plus I've never run 6 miles straight through before, nor have I ever done trail running before. I've always been hesitant about it. I never know what to write or say, but writing things down does seem to help. I know keeping a notebook of my workouts and my meals has certainly helped keep me on plan in the past. So maybe keeping a blog will help keep my motivation on track and maybe even help change my mindset.
