It's not a formal program although I am doing pieces of a program called Body Chisel. <em>24</em> Yesterday I did 15 minutes of the 20 min video. It was pretty tough. It was 5 ST exercises that you repeat for a minute. You add on another exercise, etc. Then you do it again this time starting at 5 reps and going to 1. Afterwards in the afternoon my back was sore but feels okay today. My shoulders are sore today. <B... It is the site of the Battle of Lexington and Concord during the Revolutionary War. <BR> <BR> We decided on a 1.7 mile walk through the woods to Thoreau's cabin.
