Because I can follow the Lion of Judah or the Lamb of God (actually the same person). I'm looking forward to warmer weather. Most of my winter clothes are way to big and my spring/summer clothes that are in storage will be too big also. Can we say- "shopping trip". Wed, 28 Feb 2007 14:46:49 EST 2/21/07 Still here http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=436338 I'm getting hooked on exercise. I hate it when I have to miss a session at the pool. I didn't think I would ever feel this way about exercise. Exercise not only changes your body but it changes your outlook and attitude. I'm more positive and optimistic. I like the way I feel. Wed, 21 Feb 2007 11:23:11 EST 2/8/06-I'm excited http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=417703 I'm at a weight that I've not been at for over 15 years. I am starting to reap the rewards of the pounds I've lost so far. My attitude is better, my heart rate is lower and I can move around easier. I'm looking forward to my reward (a mini cruise) when I have a one before my weight instead of a 2. Thu, 8 Feb 2007 08:28:31 EST Groundhog Day http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=408711 I don't mind seeing my shadow any more because it's smaller than it use to be. Having a smaller shadow is a benefit I hadn't thought of before. Fri, 2 Feb 2007 07:43:00 EST 1-29-07 http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=402529 I'm dealing with a couple of weeks of no signigicant weight loss. I loss .5 lb week before last and nothing this week. I don't want to be drifting away from my program. I think it's too easy to fall back into old habits. I'm going to have to watch my after dinner snacking. I think too many carbs may be the problem. I'm planning on this week being better. Mon, 29 Jan 2007 15:23:59 EST My Anniversary http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=390863 I am thankful for 36 years with a wonderful husband. He has supported me (I was going to say through thick or thin but it's mostly been thick) no matter what. This week I only lost a 1/2 lb. but he was quick to encourage me and remind me that it wasn't a 1/2 lb gain. His faith in me helped me to not blow the rest of the weekend. Mon, 22 Jan 2007 15:38:07 EST Community Team Member http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=383957 I just earned Commumity Team Member status.
