I went through the drive through last night because I spent a couple of hours with our special friend Sophie. I went to KFC, my husbands favorite, and actually ordered a POP. I couldn't believe that I ordered a Wild Cherry Pepsi. I had no desire to drink it - but my husband did enjoy it.

Weight loss as of 2/2/08 - 9 lbs Sat, 2 Feb 2008 10:20:00 EST Down 5 lbs http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=970989 Holy cow! Just for fun, I decided to weigh myself - woo hoo - down 5 lbs. I am sure that the first five pounds were contributed to me not having a pop in 3 (oppose to 60 ounces of pop). I have been consuming approximately 70-80 ounces of water each day. I do have to say that the Hydracoach has been keeping me on track. It monitors my progress of water consumed per hour. It is a great fitness tool.
