Mainly it is not from eating too much-but not eating right. If I am home, not at work, I get so busy that I forget to eat until it is dinner time. And even though I don't over eat, one serving is usually enough, I still gain weight. <BR> <BR> Okay I printed out one of the meal plans on Tuesday and purchased everything I needed for the first day.
