I need to work harder on my cardio because I couldn't get past ten minutes except today. I guess that is because I switched up the workout and did lower impact exercises. The main problem is that when I wake up I have no appetite and even if I am hungry, I do not want to eat (I know it doesn't make sense but it happens).

I need to switch things up a little or do some preparation the night before. Make it more interesting. Eating breakfast regularly will also help me in my weight loss journey and it ... Mon, 1 Aug 2011 00:59:47 EST
