We got a day off and took in a bike ride last week. I found out I am a little out of shape from the last time we visited that trail. It is a 6 mile trail with lots of hills up and down - some easy - some harder. Then we come back down a lot more quickly - esp since we take more pics going up making it a 12 mile trip.
