LIZANNE115's SparkPeople Blog LIZANNE115's Blog on SparkPeople, home of free diet plans and a healthy living community He Ate the Last Meatball! I have to be honest: I live with my parents. I've got a heap of student loans, a job in the same town, and I'm a total homebody, so it works out for me, and in return I clean and chauffeur my sister around. It's pretty prime, except when I set aside some calories for an extra helping of my mom's delicious meatballs, then come to find out my dad polished off the rest of the pan while I wasn't looking. I know; rough life.

Anyways, I took out my frustration by getting back on the trea... Thu, 20 Mar 2014 00:28:51 EST Springtime (for real this time, cross your fingers) My best friend and I were planning to go to a local performance of The Producers, until we found out the tickets were almost $30 each. Of course, considering that's the only thing I can think of to complain about right now, things are looking up!

It's finally looking like Spring here in Minnesota. We had a snowstorm last week and lost power for a couple days, but the snow is almost melted and it shouldn't snow again until October or November. (Please, oh please let there not be any... Wed, 8 May 2013 00:30:31 EST Holidays and Relatives Well, I totally dropped the ball there for a month or two, but I'm back on track now. What is unfortunate is that I'm starting again when a) it's really cold out so I hate going outside for walks, and b) there are a bunch of food-filled holiday parties coming up in the next month. The first problem I'm confident I can solve by making myself a cute hat/scarf/mitten combo so I'll want to show them off on daily walks, but the second will probably cause some stress.

I spent Thanksgivin... Sun, 25 Nov 2012 11:34:16 EST Skinny Friends and Hiding Weight Loss I am spending the summer away from all my friends, and I'm surrounded by (crazy) old ladies. My one (new) friend here with me is a tall, skinny, athletic, and about my age. Since we've been living in eachothers' pockets for the past month and a half, she knows that I workout every night and has seen that I eat pretty healthy stuff for the most part.

I love her to death, but the girl eats absolute crap a lot of the time. She's professed to putting on a couple pounds since I've met h... Thu, 12 Jul 2012 10:28:20 EST Off and On Last week, I exercised a total of ZERO times, and I barely tracked any of my food. I felt lazy tired, and stressed. It's no surprise, then, that my weight went up and I looked more bloated. Finally, a couple days ago, I decided enough was enough, to put that week behind me, and to get back on track.

I'm currently writing this blog while on the treadmill. Disregarding safety concerns... I feel the best I have in days. It's obnoxiously warm and humid here, so I figure I might as wel... Wed, 4 Jul 2012 15:21:26 EST Life Story in a Minute or Less Grew up in 90s stirrup pants, always a chubby kid. Private elementary school, was shy and self-conscious, wore over-sized version of the uniform. Sat around and read all the time, rarely went outside.

High school marching band encouraged me to be more outgoing and to lose some weight. However, I was an idiot teenager and figured the best way to do that was to stop eating all together. I lost a lot of weight summer/fall of my junior year and felt amazing for the first time in my lif... Sat, 16 Jun 2012 10:57:59 EST
