I have been MIA again...for awhile. I'm holding my own, but I would like to lose more weight now. I'm ready. However, I hate posting every detail on here about my workouts and food, etc. I keep a hand-written 'diary' of these things and will continue to do so. It's just a pain on here and takes too long! I originally was on Copaxone, but I developed more lesions & began to have allergic site reactions, so my neuro took me off it. I'm having some problems with the Betaseron. It's for the spasticity (muscle spasms, cramping and stiffness) that MS causes. I'm starting out with just 2mg every night for 5 days, then adding 2mg in the morning for 5 days and then finally adding a 3rd 2mg mid-day. My MS nurse says we'll adjust from there.
