Sadly my soup wasn't as good the stuff you get from the can, I'm thinking it was either I didn't have enough tomatoes or the tomatoes weren't of the best quality, not like the ones you get in the summer. One of this week's challenge for the BLC 18 is to write about a day in the life of my stomach, 3x. I didn't get to post yesterday so I am going to post it here, but first a little bit of info as to explain what I have been eating these last two days.

So Sunday I was really bad, had half of a large Pizza Hut pizza, their new crazy crust pizza with little pockets of cheese. Cut out some of the sugar, made a whole wheat pie crust and everything was going well until I had to roll it out. My pie looks like a Frankenstein pie!!!!! It still looks good though, can't wait for later when its cooled down and I can eat a piece! I love meat, especially steak, so I cannot give it up. What I am doing is eating very little meat, if I am eating it at all. The sum of my meat consumption this week was at lunch with deli roasted tu... Sun, 14 Apr 2013 23:45:56 EST Day 1; New Beginnings http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5315749 Ok I have seen other people doing this and well it seems like a good idea. I'm going to try to do a daily blog about this journey of weight loss. I have failed so many times before, and even if I fail again I am hoping that looking back at these blogs will give me the self motivation to get back on and not shove everything under the rug.

TO SENSA OR NOT?
So about a few months ago my Mom bought Sensa to try out but after discovering the hidden charge and that you have ... Mon, 8 Apr 2013 11:23:33 EST Broke a promise to myself and it's a good thing. http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=5296725 Years ago I said to myself that if I ever got so heavy that I weighed 300+lbs then I should just kill myself. I have been fighting and dealing with depression on my own for probably about over 20 years now and can recall trying to kill myself semi-annually since I was 7 and stopped when I was about 20. I would like to say that I stopped because I realized it wasn't solving anything but the truth is I just saw myself as weak, a coward and lacking the strength to actually go through with it. <B... No one ever said this would be easy, but I at least wanted to be under 300 by now. Hopefully before this challenge is over I will be. Just need to focus on eating more frequently, staying away from all those lovely, yummy temptations, and getting in my exercise! I know I can do this! I HAVE to do this, for my health among other reasons. Sun, 13 Nov 2011 08:29:46 EST Proceed with Caution, exposing Blog http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4557657 After careful thought and looking back at things, I see that all of my coping mechanisms have lead me to where I am today. In a very unhealthy state. But how does one go about changing coping mechanisms that they have had since childhood? There in lies the question.

I can remember back when I was 7 or 8, my first coping mechanism was trying to take my life. Part was a "I'll show them, won't they be sorry" responce, part was "No one will even miss me if I do this" and the other par... How did it feel? I bet some of your clothes are fitting looser and you can get back up from the floor a lot easier now. I know it was a very emotional journey but you got through it! Go out and reward yourself will ya? I know there might of been times where you fell, but you picked yourself up, dusted yourself off and got right back to it! That alone deserves to be celebrated! I know you are no longer in t... Sun, 6 Sep 2009 00:01:20 EST Sick and Tired of Asthma! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2373768 Well today I woke up at 5am coughing so much I was gagging, isn't asthma a wonderful disease???? I wish it upon EVERYONE!!! Ok, maybe a bit dramatic, but lets face it when there is a medical issue affecting the mass populace the doctors and scientists find way to fix it if not cure it. Lets look at bird flue for example. So therefore if the majority of people had asthma there would be a LOT better treatments out there if not a CURE.

Since this past Monday I have been living off ... But this past wee, somehow i managed to loose a whole 5lbs!!! I"m just hoping I'll be able to keep that weight off, and continue on this trend on loosing weight. My biggest fear is that I will gain that weight back and then some. I'm trying my hardest to change how i eat and what I eat. I don't know, maybe I lost 5lbs because I'm ext...
