My sister initiated the group activity and I couldn't thank her enough. It was a 16.5 mile bike ride through several forest preserve parks and trails. They had rest stops about every 4 or so miles so it was perfect for novice riders. I'll be honest I wasn't looking forward to doing this ride. I'm used to going out and hitting it pretty hard and wasn't looking for... I won't list them all but I'd like to eliminate as many chemicals getting rubbed into my body as I can.
