I started and ended this month at 145.1. Well, that sure sounds like I maintained, doesn't it? Not a long time, I know, but it's a start. After I hit my goal weight, I continued to lose a few pounds because I was still in "weight-loss" mode. I updated my Spark info and it recalculated my calories to a higher range.
