Im starting to hear BLAHBLAHBLAH!! I do zumba 60 mins 3x a week I put all effort into it...sweating after 5-10 mins.... I do a 1 mile in home walk (15 mins) at least once a day if not twice a day x 4-5 days a week, especially if i know I'm going out to eat! I am losing a half pound here or quarter pound there... I want to see 1 full pound to 2 full pounds every week an... I go to zumba class 3-4 days a week I also do SP bootcamp 7days a week and Leslie Sansone 2 mile walk 4-5 dayz a week!! so i started WW and realize im not ... Wed, 20 Jan 2010 10:01:36 EST
