I felt out of sorts and just like I shouldn't be doing anything that day. I started November with a goal to work out every day, even if it was just 10 minutes. I joined the 28-day bootcamp challenge and got started. I wasn't perfect by any means and had more than 1 day that I just didn't get a workout in. I made up for it the next day (or even the day after that) and still managed to get in at least 5 days a week of some kind of cardio (even if it was just marching in place during my work breaks along with a couple of minutes of stretching). I haven't been active until the last few weeks but still over that time, I have managed to lose 40 pounds and am halfway to my ultimate goal.
