Okay, well I do anyway. But I checked my BMI the other day and was pleasantly surprised to have moved from the Obese category to the Overweight category. We've all hit plateaus and while the scale stays the same, our frustration mounts. It can be pretty tough sometimes when you feel as if you've tried everything, but it's so important NOT to give up. <BR> <BR> Maybe I didn't really "shatter" this plateau but I did finally start moving downward again.
