I was doing very well on my bike and then fell in my kitchen and broke my hip, so I am on the mend. five weeks ago yesterday, I had surgery. walking with a cane and I am told no bike for a few weeks, I am walking each day and getting stronger. Went and got a hair cut today. The first real day out. I little scary, I must say. I walk slowly because of physical problems with my left leg, but I did it and feel proud, and I get my heart rate up.
