I lost a pound this week so I'm down to 178. I am so happy to have lost a lb. We only have about 6 weeks left to go to the gym before we go lobster fishing. I will lose some when we go fishing. Hope we loose this week.Our Health Wellness group is tomorrow evening and we will be weighed then. Thu, 14 Feb 2013 20:52:35 EST Tuesday Feb.12 Well I was to Halifax yesterday. Can't stay away from Costco. Got a good workout walking around there. But it cost me allot to get the exercise ha ha . <BR> We had a real old fashion snow storm on Sat.& Sunday. Love the snow hate the clean up. <BR> Was to the gym today. Needed to work out after eat too much yesterday. Love the hot turkey sandwich with fries and gravy. Not a great choice for someone trying to lose weight. I hope we don't lose our power during the storm. I love the snow but hate the clean up afterwards. I will be getting my exercise on Sunday oh boy can't wait huh. I was to the gym today and had a great workout. I gained 2lbs so I really need to work harder next week. They told us how to read the labels on products tonight at our healthy wellnes group. It was a real interesting topic. I learned alot about what the percentages on the boxes meant and learned what to look for to keep healthy. Glad I went. Thu, 7 Feb 2013 21:40:06 EST Wednesday DIDN'T make it to the gym today but exercised at home. Don't think I'll make it to the gym tomorrow have to go to town which is 60 miles one way. But I will go on Friday. I guess where in for a major snow storm for the weekend. They say where in for 50 cm from Friday night into Saturday. Hope we don'T loose our power. I love a good snow storm but this is a bit too much. lol I guess I'll get lots of exercise on Sunday cleaning up. Huh <em>318</em> Wed, 6 Feb 2013 20:51:01 EST Sick I hate to get a cold.But this one was a dosey. I couldn't do anything except sleep. I'm so glad this one is over. I'm back at the gym and feeling like exercising again. I lost 3 lbs. last week while I was sick but I know that isn't going to last as when you are sick you lose water so I imagine I will gain when I go back to get weighed this week. Tue, 5 Feb 2013 12:33:24 EST Still trying I have lost 7 lbs since Nov.2012. I only gained 2 lbs over the holidays. I'm pretty proud because there was lots of food. I'm back going to our gym 5 days a week when I can get there. I love our gym there is so many different equipment there. The best part is there is allot of people there to encourage you. We a very small community so they only charge 50 for a years membership witch is dirt cheap. But I am very glad that it is so cheap so everyone can afford to go. I am watching what I eat. I love to go in the morning, when I'm done I still have lots of time to do my house work. It doesn't feel like your really working because you have someone to talk to. I am going tomorrow too. I have the weekends off because the gym is not open but that's ok I am still do some exercise at home if I want too.
