Tue, 21 Jun 2016 02:00:57 EST Six month mark since my spinal surgery Dec. 1, 2015 I was in surgery for eight and a half hours with one of the very best neurosurgeons trying to save my ability to walk, control own bowel and bladder function and yes, walk a 5K one day. The next morning I had no feeling or movement in Right leg and very little in Left but I began the long struggle back and today I set the date to walk that 5K for June 18 with two canes for between 1.5 and 2 hours.
