I am going to try to keep busy all this week with workouts Today I have scheduled a walk in my lunch break. That ties me up not to over eat and to be active. We did Drill sargent which is a 30 min workout. The friends we invited over arent really into fitness but are looking to get fit so we started them off with this which is like a circuit with toe touches using a medi ball, sumo squats, planks, push ups, burpees etc. So it was a good starting point. I am loving my workouts they are hard and I really work up a sweat and it is a combination of Strength and Cardio. I worked it yesterday I did shoulders and boy did they burn. Burn baby Burn.
