I feel like a machine never tired gog ogogogo... I walk 2 miles at lunch swim after work for 45 min and biking about 15 miles a week or more. I am excited for the weight in this week to see progress my pants I wore today at work were a lot larger than last time. <BR> <BR> I am looking forward to getting on the bike this weekend.. had a problem with the seat hurt my back all ok ... I keep eating more calories to keep up with all the exercise I am doing and it feels strange like I am doing it wrong! <BR> Found out treading water is double the calories than swimming wow who knew but now I am not trusting the tracker. I mean aren't you supposed to calculate calories burned by your weight not just a general across the board burn for everyone. Heavier people will always burn way more in an activity v.s. a non hea... Also learning that rest days are an awesome idea-- I feel so good that I am right on target intuitively with eating !
