But I usually hate trying on clothes because I hated that I had to buy size 14. Well yesterday I went on a shopping trip with a couple of friends and I decided to try on some pants since I needed more new clothes. I grabbed a size 8 and tried them on, they fit but were a little loose. So one of my friends says, "No, you need a smaller size! Where did you get them, I will get you a size 6." My friends are awesome, I wouldn't have probably gone to a size 6. So she gets s... Fri, 13 Sep 2013 17:05:22 EST Onward and still losing! (Weight that is!) I decided to start Jillian Michaels Body Revolution over, only doing 6 weeks instead of 12. Since school is starting this week for my kids and I will be back to school at the end of the month, it will be easier to just stick with 6 weeks for now. So I only do each workout two times and then move on, (week 1 - wo 1 and 2, week 2 - wo 3 and 4, and so on). <BR> <BR> On the upside, I am moving onward with my fitness and I weighed myself yesterday, 2 pounds more gone! And I only just re-start... Sun, 1 Sep 2013 14:00:36 EST Finished Jillian Michaels Body Revolution!!!! Body Stats too.... I never thought I would be able to stick to this 12 week program! I usually get bored, but not with this one! I didn't follow the eating plan, and I didn't do her cardio DVD's because I go to the gym and do lots of cardio 6 days a week! Zumba 3 days a week, and Club Dance 3 days a week. I was unwilling to give up the dancing because it is so much fun and you still burn a lot of calories! I have just completed week 11 of the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution! I never thought I would get this far! I usually give up or get bored about 3 weeks in. But not with this program! Sat, 17 Aug 2013 17:24:34 EST July Weight and measurements I was kind of dreading this day, yet a little excited. Today was measure and weigh day since I am done with phase 2 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution program. Woo hoo! Phase 3 starts tomorrow. So here are my stats: Weight- lost 3 pounds total for July, okay didn't "lose" they are gone (hopefully forever!). I have completed week 6 of BR!! Wow, I have been really getting back into exercising since January this year, and I really picked things up more in April. I started Jillian's BR program in June. This is the longest I have stuck with a Jillian program. I usually get bored by the third week and give up. This BR program is great since the workouts change after every two weeks and each week I get to do two different workouts. I love it! I have lost a couple more pounds and I am excited to f... Sun, 14 Jul 2013 13:46:44 EST Body Revolution Phase 1 complete! I have finished phase 1 of BR! I measured today and while disappointed that almost nothing has changed, I was thrilled that I lost another inch off my hips!! 1-inch!! Usually it is only like a half inch in a month, but a whole inch is awesome and I will take it! Those are the trouble spot for me, being a pear shape and all. Sun, 30 Jun 2013 11:09:31 EST Body Revolution I started Jillian Michael's Body Revolution DVDs 3 weeks ago. I am almost done with week 3. I have been keeping up with it, and going to the gym doing zumba and what is known as club dance. I was also doing a weight lifting class, but I decided I wanted to try the Body Revolution. I have lost 8 pounds over the last couple of months, lost inches off my waist, hips, thighs, and arms! Some of this is due just to going to the gym and walking/jogging. I walk my dog everyday for about 30 mins, and I have been doing a Jillian Michaels workout video on most days. It isn't easy, but I am doing it. I am determined to lose this last 20 lbs. I have lost about 2 lbs. since I have started, but I haven't checked inches yet. Hopefully I can lose this weight! I do feel I am getting stronger though, so that is good.
