If I want to do 2 miles or 3 miles or 5 miles, I first map out the distance on mapmyrun so I know that I am getting the miles that I want. <BR> <BR> Of course, you can log workouts and other stuff as well. Right now, I pretty much just use it for mapping. But I think it is suppose to do...
