I need to focus on eating more healthfully. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate myself 5. Probably more fiber and drinking more water would help to improve my dietary habits. Also, eating more vegetables would help to get more nutrition into my eating plan. Adding three to five cups of tea such as green tea is another idea for improving nutrients intake. I have had tons of medical issues developing progressively since 1994. Following SparkCoach is helping me to really notice my food intake. I am much better at that now. My exercise habits are improving, also. I was involved in a car accident about 5 years ago. I was left with a bad knee. But my knee has improved tremendously.
