I went over in calories and few other things. I came under in fiber. I'm not beating myself too much. Today was cheat day after all. <BR> <BR> It was also one of my rest days. More than likely tomorrow will be one, too. I have to do some cleaning. So I need the day to do it. I was around 1500 instead of 1700. I came under in carbs and fiber. I did get all of my water in. I went over in sodium, again. <BR> <BR> I weight in today at 120 lbs. So I gained a pound. I'm not going to go crazy or anything,but I'm going to do my best next week to keep the sodium in check and more than likely do more than 30 mins a day. Later at work I did something i don't nomrally do so I added it, but less than what I actually did. For about 30-45 mins, I had to run up and down stairs to put things up. <BR> <BR> I did well on everything except sodium. I'm working on that. I had some extras, but mostly was a normal day.
