Today I start on maintaining my weight. Yes, I'm still putting everything into the tracker like before, but now it's to be sure I eat enough. I mean eat enough calories as to not loose weight. The bad thing is my body is used to the 1200-1550 range it has had over the last few months. So I have to allow it to get used to the increased amount.
