Not bad!! I wanted it to be more because I felt that I was tracking really really well but I have to get over that and enjoy what I achieved and keep going. Improve more on the exercising. I didn't do as much as I wanted but I know I am watching my back. I did by an exercise ball to have at home so I can do the exercises that I do at the chiropractor at home too. But over the past 3 months my weight has gone no where. So before I cancel my membership I thought I would try to dual track. Maybe if I track here I will see what I am doing wrong with WW and I can keep with it, why because I do believe that once I am back on track the WW is motivating to go to the meeting, etc. But I might find that this is just what I need and I can cancel my membership or drop it to just online or something.
