I am going to be very busy at school from now on so i probably rarely be visiting the site. But i am still working out! <BR> I have fitness class twice a week at school which is fun! Learning lots of different cardio and weight exercises. I can't seem to loose anymore. <BR> I am aware of the evil plateau that people hit but i swear i am doing more than I was when I was loosing pounds. <BR> A personal trainer that I've talked to at the gym says that I should be doing more weights than cardio and that weights are gonna make me loose more. I was so exausted. slept on a couch for two nights, didnt sleep well at all. Last night was nice to finally be back in my bed. Fell asleep around 11:30ish.
