Needless to say, for me this was not appropriate, given the chest pain... I really do. I also know that as women, we're designed to carry more body fat than men. Men 20-40 is 8-19%, while women of that same age range is 21-33%. The healthy ranges rise a little with each decade of life.* 16-19% is considered low for a woman in her 20s while 17-20% is for a woman in her 30s, 18-21 for the woman in her 40s.

Now what has this to do with abs and that 6-pack? Sun, 11 Oct 2009 14:33:16 EST FIWC Week 3 Reflection http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=2467986 1.4 pound down this week for me. All the walking I started doing when my car was out of commission got me in a good habit.

I couldn't meet the iron challenge; my supplement doesn't include it. The first day I made sure I planned iron rich meals and got 100% in, but I had struggle. Monday I just couldn't get anywhere near and the car was still down so I couldn't rearrange meals much. While I had an iron supplement in my cabinet, I couldn't bring myself to use it because I've been st... Week Two's FWIC challenge was about racking up as many miles as you could in the week. If someone had told me at the beginning of June that I would log 15 and a half miles walking all over the center of my little rural town I would rolled my eyes in disbelief. I didn't even have much energy to laugh back then.
At the beginning of June, practice began for our Community Choir for our town Old Fashioned Independence... Candy is a part of my life because my husband (AIKANAR) uses chocolates to manage his blood sugar lows (insulin reactions). The candy is much cheaper than the glucose tablets from the pharmacy and goes down much more easily. With chocolate always in the house, I've changed my relationship wi...
