Yesterday did Tough Tape and the day before about died with Core Cardio I. I was so tired I had to check how much time was left in the workout. It made me really appreciate the counter in Power 90. I've done Phase 1-2 Sculpt and Cardio/Abs once and will continue tonight. So far so good except I had work issues last night and didn't go to bed until 1:30. So, tonight will be a true challenge. The old Firm workout was Bust and Butt (lots of Hover squats and push ups), followed by 5 day abs. Later in the afternoon, I also did Power 90 Sculpt level 1-2. My arms are feeling sore already!! This burned 269 calories - excellent workout!!! Looking forward to tomorrow's workout. On Saturday night, I was about 120 calories from making it. So, at 10 PM, went to exercise again to finish the goal for the week. What a great feeling!!! Mon, 5 Apr 2010 11:46:05 EST Starting walking program http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3066341 The walking program is great - started today outside - walked the dog 20 minutes. In addition, have been doing at least 60 minutes of cardio per day for other days in the week. Cardio has included Firm, Tai Bo, and old Kathy Smith videos. Has been fun to go back to the old videos. The walking was much easier than I thought it would be. March I purchased a Polar Calorie counter watch and bumped up the cardio considerably. We ballroom dance and it would be so nice to wear the skimpy dresses and feel good about it.
