I work on my job sitting in front of a computer. I'm attending online classes and when I'm not on my computer taking classes I'm caught up in social networking. First, of all that's too much time sitting. Secondly, going to buy some of that time back by setting the amount of time I spend on facebook and stick to it no matter what.
