I really wanted to be my goal weight, but that's probably not going to happen. I'm currently 146.6 lbs and want to be 130 lbs. <BR> <BR> I just got back from the beach yesterday. After a week of not tracking or exercising, I didn't have much change in my weight. I hope to get back on track this week and at least get to 140 lbs before college. I feel like I lose weight slowly, so this setback might affect me reaching my goal of 130 lbs by August 15th. <BR> <BR> I took a little break from SparkPeople, which is definitely the cause of the gain. Mon, 1 Jul 2013 16:54:42 EST Day 545- Tracking food I've really been slacking when it comes to tracking my food. I only use the QuickTrack feature on the Start page to track my exercise. I just can't find the motivation to track. I'm usually disappointed when I see how many calories I'm eating anyways. Sat, 29 Jun 2013 14:14:29 EST Day 543- BeFit 90 I still have 15 lbs to lose until I reach my goal weight. After hearing about the BeFit 90 program from a fellow Sparker, I've decided to try it. I have now finished Day 5 of the 90 day program. <BR> <BR> So far, I really like it. The videos are easy to follow and really kick my butt sometimes. I can't believe how fast time flies. It hasn't really hit me yet that high school is over. My last day of school was this past Monday. This past week I've ate around 1500-1700 calories and today I had almost 2000. Prom is coming up so fast. I tried doing the 5k Your Way program but had to stop because of the colder weather. Since it's warming up now, I thought I'd try again. Three other days of the week, I'm doing the intermediate SparkPeople Total Body Sculpt workout. I decided to save one day for rest. I'm going to follow this plan for around 5 weeks. For the past two weeks, I've been losing around 2 lbs each week. This is great compared to previously when I would stay the same or lose very little. I gained back a couple of pounds and have only lost .4 lbs of it back off in over a week. I haven't been sticking strictly to my diet. I've been trying to make healthier choices for my meals and eat out less. <BR> <BR> I've also been keeping up with the 28 Day Bootcamp workout. I've been doing a video a day and the 30 min of cardio five days a week. Usually, I manage to do over 30 minutes of cardio, along with an extra strength training video or some Wii Fit exercises.
