The first time was in August of 2017. I was trying to figure out was bothering my stomach. I was unable to determine anything. This time I want to be more deliberate about it. Keeping up with how I feel, both emotionally and physically. <BR> <BR> I got food poisoning the first time I did it so that made the results hard to interpret. <BR> <BR> Mon, 22 Jan 2018 10:48:05 EST one extra hour If I had an extra hour in the day I would use it to just relax. It feels like I go non-stop all day. I hit the gym after work. By the time I make it home and finish with dinner there doesn't seem to be any down time. Sun, 15 Apr 2012 08:48:26 EST Getting Back on Track I have just completely blown my diet over the holiday break. I am now ready to get back on track. I have felt just terrible the whole time. Too full to even enjoy the food I was eating. Why do I do this to myself. <BR> <BR> Well it is time to be 'good' again. My goal is a modest one. I would like to loss ten pound within the next year. <BR> <BR> I will accomplish this my eatting ~1300 calories a day until I do. I also need to plan a workout routine to aid in my weight loss. Sat, 12 Jun 2010 20:25:47 EST New day new plan - complete a 10k Started today running 2 miles in 25 min and 30 sec. <BR> <BR> My time wasn't great but I was on my feet all day at work, a little under nutrioned, and dehydrated. While we were hanging out we ended going out to eat twice. I ate under 200 cal for breakfast and under 400 for lunch. That leaves me with over 600 for the rest of the evening.
