About 2 weeks ago I was browsing through Barnes and Noble and I came across a Jackie Warner book, 10 pounds in 10 Days, it was $5.98. With my kids starting basketball season soon, I will have to get up at 4:30 AM to get my main workout in, I don't count my 2 daily walks M-F here, because that is something that I do at work and it will not affect my other plans for working out. Thu, 26 Apr 2012 01:38:15 EST Supreme 90 Day Workout Day 2 Ultimate Ball Ok completed Day 2 of the 90 Day Supreme workout last night and must have rolled off or last that ball a thousand times, but I did not give up. It is a more water downed version of P90X. The one thing that I struggled with today was the decline pushups on the stability ball. So I. Put. My feet on the couch to get them done. She had cancer in it about 2 years ago, did chemo, had 3rd degree burns from the chemo and healed fine. So we thought, she started having some pain in her thigh again and it was unbearable so she went to ER and the inside was infected, so did an emergency surgery.
