I'm not gonna say I'n gonna post everyday, cuz, in reality, it prolly won't happen! BUT... I am going to say... I'm starting off right... well almost.... missed the few first days due to unavoidable circumstances... <BR> My workout buddy/good friend started the SP 5K Your Way Walk/Jog Program today! It was surprisingly easy when you have a buddy to do it with. I tried it a while back, but - as usual - didn't follow thru, so I'm glad I have a buddy to help... I'm hoping to make it a weekly ritual and plan to start walking the courses that allow walking. No more golf carts unless they are mandatory! I was released from jury duty/! In the preliminary session before jury selection, we were asked a bank of questions. Neither attorneys liked my answers and asked me to be dismissed. It was a criminal case that was going to take 5 weeks. I tried to file hardship, but was denied. My hubby & I are the only ones in our business and 5 weeks would have caused great hardship for us! <BR> So, that means I get to get back on my workout schedule during the day!!! YAY!! <em>244</...
