Had a busy Summer, took an accounting course and also tried to enjoy the good weather of Summer. I managed to take in some great festivals as well. The only thing that didn't happen as often as I would have liked upon reflection of course are my workouts. Kinda fell between my test prep freakouts and festival roaming to relax from the stress of my I have to laugh at it cause in the end I passed the course, gained the credit and new skills ... I've been busy not getting all my workouts done some at least but still not all. I'm trying to work on finishing up this pre req math course in order to take an accounting course this Summer. And I know that I have just been focused on that. I know I can do better and this is the time to get a new routine started and figured out. Mon, 28 Feb 2011 10:37:11 EST post -Interview So I finally did it. I finally did an interview where I did not leave feeling down, depressed, or sad. For most of my interviews I always feel so down afterwards. But today I had one and I was nervous at first but as the questions came and I knew the answers well and I felt I answered them to the best of my ability. I realized after leaving that I actually feel ok. I feel fine. I mean I won't know the decision either way until next week but I actually feel great about it. I feel that whether... Thu, 25 Nov 2010 16:13:08 EST Postive thinking and positive actions It's a brand new week. I'm feeling pumped about it. The drama from my previous few weeks seems to be ending. I just want to start my week on a positive note. Getting back to the basics, recording my food intake, drinking my 8 glasses minimum. If I don't start going to the gym again by the end of the week at least recording my food each day and drinking my 8 glasses will put me in a better head space. Which I definitely need! In the beginning I was doing really well..then I got myself a toe infection..yuck!! Which even to this day I am still getting over....I got it drained and all and well it was so hard to walk /stand still or anything with my right foot. I let my exercise slide..just losing motivation and really trying to concentrate on getting better. Last night was my official second spinning class. And I have to say my bottom is much less sore than the first time already! I went to my gym (chain) but the location I've been going to for the past 3 weeks now..and this instructor was awesome. Write down exercises that I do, especially the ones I learn from my wow(women on weights) class. I have small goals like being able to bend down and touch my toes and then bend down and touch the floor. I'm currently at a mid point between my calf and ankle.
