Tue, 28 Mar 2017 18:04:30 EST Day 72 It has been a while since I have posted an update. It is now day 72 since the office challenge started and only 12 days left until it ends on March 30th. Since the challenge began, I am down 41 pounds and since Thanksgiving I am down 55 pounds now!! <BR> <BR> I am thrilled with the changes I have seen. Sat, 18 Mar 2017 13:03:33 EST Day 34 I just released I haven't updated in a little bit. As of January 5th, I am officially down 22 pounds since the challenge began ( down 36 pounds since last year). Things are getting easier for me and I have increased my walking. I am a pro at measuring out my food and keeping track of calories in and calories burned. I have continued to use sparkpeople to track my calories everyday and have been able to stick to 1200 or less each day. I am down 3 pounds in the last 7 days making my total loss 15 pounds right now. <BR> <BR> Yesterday I charged up my Fitbit and started using that again. I had used it a few years ago, but since that time it has been sitting collecting dust. I like wearing the Fitbit because it makes me more apt to be active. N... I started a competition at work and there are 15 of us that are "in it to win it" over the next 12 weeks. As I have a very competitive nature, this works best to get me motivated.
