Sat, 28 Dec 2013 20:57:05 EST Happy When I Weighed Myself Today When I weighed myself this morning I was actually happy I got on the scale after I saw the amount. I am down to 198 lbs.!! At the beginning of November I weighed 218 lbs. I have dropped 20 pounds with hard work and determination that just shows if you actually put in the effort you can do it. I have only 18 pounds left to lose to meet my first goal of weighing 180 lbs. then I will move onto my second goal of 150 lbs.
