Fri, 31 Aug 2012 07:41:49 EST another loss So this year has not been my friend. <BR> It has not been 3 weeks since my loss of my baby girl lil bit, yet i lost another yesterday. <BR> Her name was bear and she was 14 yrs old, She had grown up with my children from way back when she was only 1 month old. We miss our dear family members soo much. <BR> Please forgive me for pouring out all my bad news, but it is part of my healing i have to go through. <BR> <BR> <img src=""> Wed, 7 Mar 2012 09:23:15 EST Family Fun So yesterday i went to the beach with my daughters and grandchildren. <BR> It was soooo much fun to play in the water with the kids, then i took a 1.2 mile walk along the beach. <BR> After i was done with my walk i spent a little time reading a book til the family was ready to go home. <BR> It was nice to hang at the beach with all the kids and it kept me moving. <BR> <BR> <em>247</em> to all my <em>223</em> s cause we are <em>345</em> !!!!!!!!! I just lost my best lil friend and companion, my dog lil bit. She had been with me almost 8 yrs and was the most fun and very loving, beautiful Pomeranian. <BR> She will be greatly missed. It has been 2 days since i lost her and i am having a hard time letting go. Today i will try to get back on track. Tue, 8 Nov 2011 09:16:53 EST Just Dance Ok ok i am a huge fan of all the just dance games for the wii. <BR> I am just now getting back to playing the dance game after my surgery and its going to take a little time but i am already enjoying it. <BR> These games are great for your cardio and you have a lot of fun playing them. <BR> Also you can do the just sweat on them and it will keep track of your burned calories and the wii always tracks your minutes on the games you played. yeah wii. Thu, 3 Nov 2011 08:40:54 EST all is healing So my surgery went good even though i look like someone got a little knife happy with me. hahahaha <BR> I spent my whole second week very sick with a stuffy nose and sore dry throat and a terrible cough. <BR> Turned out i had a nasty sinus and respiratory infection which was also caused me much pain in my belly and slowing down my healing. <BR> Now i am on all the meds i need to heal and be pain free. Sat, 22 Oct 2011 21:16:40 EST Surgery Well just had surgery yesterday to do fix my Umbilical Hernia, this is no joke. <BR> The pain is bad and the doc has me restricted from everything but walk 100 steps a day for now. <BR> Now more then ever i have to eat as healthy as possible and start all over with my exercise after the doc ok's it. On the weekends i now do a bike ride along the beach with my family. We ride our bike about 2 to 3 miles and then stop on the beach and take about a 1 hour swim. Then its back on the bike to ride back. But i also still do my dancing and walking and whatever else i can find to do.
