But at the end of Jan. I started working out a couple times a week with minimizing the amount of food and what kind of food I eat. So far I have lost 14 pounds. This is good but I am still not totally ecstatic yet as I know I was another 15 pounds lighter last summer. Oh well, I am still glad I have at least lost this much from the winter. I will keep working toward meeting that goal and others. I look forward to my small weekly goals and... My husband lost his job a few weeks ago and the stress level has been high. We went on several walks around the campground and cooked out over the fire. We had a good time and I am hoping the walks helped keep me on track. I am past the 100 day mark and hope to keep this going. I am going to try and lose between 30- 50 lbs in this time period. So we will see how it goes. Really wanted chocolate but settled for some crackers. Probably still shouldn't have ate them but at least it is better I think than chocolate. No exercise yesterday, but did exercise for 15 mins on elliptical for 2.25 miles. Trying to work my way up to more. Going to water park with kids and will do more walking today.
