I mentioned in my blog yesterday that I had gone to the Doctor because I was desperate for help with weight loss. I was diagnosed with low vitamin D and after taking a mega dose of vitamin D lost 6 pounds the first week, and have continued to lose all of the weight that I had gained and am now back at the still overweight place that I started..but happy to be here.
