Super awesome. So far I have lost a pant size and 20 pounds. Feeling good about life. I have more energy. It is easier to get full and just overall feeling good about myself. This month given that school is in full swing and work and such I don't feel I have the time to make that goal again but what I would like to do is make another goal. My plan for February is to make use of my resources. I would like to make time to go to the gym and use the gym on campus. My other goal is to do more strength training. Well I haven't done anything like this since I was a kid and I have to say it was so much fun. Nine hours of straight Disney movies...super intense haha. I have two PE classes this semester that I am really enjoying but now I get to do a fitness test in both of them. Yay... I make sure to pack my lunches and good healthy snacks with me when I go to work and school. I try to walk to work the days that I have enough time in between two of my jobs and get up a little earlier so I can walk my dog the mornings that I don't walk to work or school. Mom went and bought all the ingredients, and told me how extensive the recipe was. I was sure it would not be that hard. Unfortunately, I had to work today and my mom had to bake the cake herself. It was great, love the smells of the forest. It was also great that the kids got involved with the visual bible scavenger hunt. Really hope the kids thought about all the amazing things God does while they were out there. Overall definitely a successful, productive day. I went home and took a long nap... I don't use it when I cook or add it to anything I eat but it always seems to show up in a big way in my diet. I love soups and have learned it is much better to make homemade soup than to buy canned because they use sodium to preserve it. I know I can buy lower sodium ones, but how can I watch my sodium intake on other foods that seem like they should have less than they do if you aren't eating out?
