I am hoping to continue with the weightloss. I want to get below 130. I want to get out of the 130' s. I need to stick with it. I feel like i am going in a circle. I'm going to assume I'm not going to gain anymore weight due to my increased carb intake as long as I don't over do it. I did not think I ate badly. Oh man. I feel like i took 3 steps backwards. The only thing I can think of is that I had 2 Wylers <BR> Sugar free lemonade packets, low carb eas chocolate drink, and the mess of the broth that i drank. It could be fluid because of the sodium or the sweetners in the wylers drink. Who knows. I did drink 1 cup of broth made the correct way this morning.
