Fri, 5 Apr 2013 20:27:51 EST Augh... I ate like crap yesterday. Only for dinner, but still, it made me feel awful. Physically awful. It was NOT worth it at all, and I regret it completely. I'm sort of glad I did it though, so I knew how gross it felt and I could get back on the wagon today. I went right to the gym after school today and did my best. It was good to know I could go right to the gym and "fix" everything from yesterday. And a plus: I didn't weigh any more than I had before my mistake. Keep pressing on... <BR... I have been hitting the gym 4-5 times a week and have been already seeing results. That's what has stopped me in the past, not seeing results quickly enough. Not anymore. I am tired of being fat.
