Wed, 6 Jun 2012 19:08:04 EST Peaches http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4913779 Dessert tonight: peaches with vanilla yogurt and oatmeal <BR> NUM! Tue, 5 Jun 2012 20:10:17 EST Strength Training Needful http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4909219 I haven't been working out much the past two weeks. I wanted to do the Summer Bikini Boot Camp, but I only lasted 1 week with it. When I had to rewatch the same videos the second week, I lost interest. So I quit doing them. I have lost 1/2 pound each for the last two weeks. I think NOT doing strength training means NOT losing weight--even when I am keeping my calories under 1500 daily. <BR> I won't be able to make my goal of losing 5 pounds a week without it. <BR> Gonna be a fun summer. Sat, 2 Jun 2012 20:34:34 EST Bad year for Blackberries http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4890663 I am so disappointed in the blackberries and plums this year! They are few and far between and sour to boot! I so wish ni could stock up my freezer with more free fresh fruit for my smmothies! <BR> Mon, 21 May 2012 06:11:34 EST Urban Nirvana and Starbucks! http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=4886725 I celebrated losing twenty pounds by getting a massage.
