Sat, 5 Jan 2013 08:51:38 EST Tasty Food I Make Myself Last night I made a tasty SparkPeople recipe called Cheryl's Swiss Chicken. It was wonderful! Tonight, I planned ahead to make spaghetti. It felt really good to cook dinner, instead of being lazy and picking something up. It makes me proud of myself. I sure do wish I could keep reminding myself of how the extra planning and working ahead are very satisfying (not to mention healthy). So, I lost 30 pounds last year and then quit using SparkPeople as soon as I reached that goal.
