I've been working on my running endurance for two weeks now and I finally don't feel like I'm going to die at the end of my workout, which is great! It leaves me feeling super pumped and ready to conquer the next day. Yesterday I felt so good that I doubled my 5k workout and did 60 minutes of interval running/walking instead of 30. Well, I blew it this weekend. I missed the gym on both Saturday and Sunday, though I burned a ton of calories yesterday going on a Memorial Day hike with my boyfriend around the Columbia Gorge.
