I took a week off from work in the middle of the month to spend time with my family and thoroughly enjoyed my lazy time at home with my kids and husband. Friday was more carbs than normal - about 60 grams, so I'd still call that a good day, given all the family events going on that day. <BR> <BR> I've recently bought a new blood ketone monitor, but I'm just waiting for the strips that go with it.
