So since my last blog entry, I had one more day of WAY too much nibbling and did 2 correction days and now I'm back within my 2lbs from my LDW! Woohoo!!! <BR> <BR> My correction days were 1 egg day, using 6 whole and 6 whites, plus 1 oz of goat cheese, and I lost 2 lbs that day. The next day I did high protein, low fat, and the only carbs I ate were from a grapefruit.
